This paper presents a two-stage, GIS-based multi-criteria decision-making methodology to identify suitable locations for green hydrogen hubs in India. It assesses factors such as renewable energy, transmission infrastructure, water availability, hydrogen demand from fertilizer, refinery and steel sectors, enabling infrastructure, and environmental constraints.
