Connect Karo 2026 Agenda

At Connect Karo 2026, we brought data and digital tools to life through Data Lab Unboxed. Across two days, participants joined multiple interactive sessions and tool demonstrations, exploring 19 open-access tools that help inform decisions on climate, cities, energy and transport.

Some of the tools featured in WRI India Data Lab Unboxed included:

  • NbS Finlink: Find the right financial mix for a nature-based solutions (NbS) project.
  • Energy Access Explorer (EAE): Visualise energy demand and supply for integrated and inclusive energy planning.
  • The Restoration Opportunities Atlas of India: Identify restoration opportunities across India using both ecological and socio-economic criteria.
  • Geography of Hazards: Understand where infrastructure, jobs and people are most exposed to overlapping hazards.
  • Transport Analytics Hub: Analyse and visualise urban transport systems to understand how people move through cities.
  • Advanced Scenarios and Carbon Emissions Navigation Tool (ASCENT): Use local data to evaluate sectoral growth and compare emissions pathways at different scales.
