The preservation of natural infrastructure (blue-green spaces) and provision of adequate utility infrastructure (roads, energy and water supply) is crucial to support the higher density mixed-use development, and walkable, liveable communes, as envisaged by the National TOD Policy 2017. This session unpacks the challenges and pathways for implementing appropriate infrastructure strategies within TOD Zones and leveraging co-benefits.
